We had the distinct honour of welcoming German parliamentarians, the German Ambassador, and delegates from the German Development Cooperation to our office in Accra.
During their visit to our Accra office, the delegation engaged in a comprehensive meeting with Christian Ruckteschler (Chief Operating Officer), Matthew Darkwa (Director of Operations), selected team leads, as well as developers and engineers. The discussions highlighted our integrated approach that combines training, employment, and continuous learning to address both Europe’s digital skills shortage and Africa’s job market challenges.
Our operations have been supported by the Special Initiative on Training and Job Creation of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). Our initiatives are designed to provide young graduates with vital IT skills, create sustainable employment opportunities, and contribute to social impact projects that emphasize inclusion and diversity.
