AmaliTech recruits graduates into the AmaliTech Training Academy on a rolling basis to undergo its free training programme in IT/Digital skills offering diverse employment pathway opportunities.
The AmaliTech Graduate Trainee Programme is open to graduates with IT/digital related background who are willing to be enrolled in our Training Academy to undergo intensive upskill training for IT/digital career opportunities.
After successful completion of the training programme, you will be offered an employment pathway. Should you accept our offer, you would have to relocate to Takoradi to work in our Service Centre. However, after successful completion of the training programme, it is not mandatory to accept our offer for employment.


The Digital Innovation Programme is aimed at equipping the Ghanaian youth with digital skills to help improve their employability in today’s digital economy.
This programme is focused on providing training to Ghanaian youths and exposing them to innovative tools that will bridge the digital divide and empower them for the future.
The objective for this training is to contribute to the increase in the number of industry-ready IT professionals in Ghana. This programme is trainer supported, self-paced 1 to 6 months, online with final exam/project onsite.

The AmaliTech Training Academy has established core competencies to give trainers a concise understanding of academy-wide expected learning goals. Throughout the programme, trainees will acquire and develop skills, knowledge and dispositions related to their competencies. Our core competencies consist of the 8 fundamental bits of teaching and learning and are called the “AmaliTech Training Byte.” Our trainers aspire to teach in a manner that incorporates the core competencies described in the AmaliTech Training Byte. They work collaboratively to improve training strategies and practices.
