Bridging Education and Industry: AmaliTech Partners with AUCA

We are excited to announce the official signing of a new partnership agreement between AmaliTech and the Adventist University of Central Africa (AUCA) at AUCA’s Gishushu Campus in Kigali. This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed by our Chief Operations Officer, Christian Ruckteschler, and AUCA’s Interim Vice Chancellor, Assoc. Prof. Eustace Penniecook marks the beginning of a formal and strategic collaboration aimed at bridging the gap between education and industry.

The Adventist University of Central Africa (AUCA) has consistently produced exceptional talent over the years, and we are proud to have alumni like Gilbert Niyongere, our Senior Engineering Manager, and Ukeye Mireille, who leads our IT and cybersecurity efforts in Rwanda, contributing to our success at AmaliTech. Their journeys exemplify the talent and potential this partnership aims to foster.

Through this MoU, AUCA’s Innovation Center will serve as a vital talent pool for AmaliTech, enabling collaboration with the university’s bright young minds on real-world projects. The agreement also provides selected students access to our training programs to enhance their skills in the tech industry and offers university students the opportunity to participate in internships within AmaliTech to gain hands-on experience in relevant fields. This partnership will provide AUCA students with valuable hands-on experience, advancing AmaliTech’s mission to nurture Africa’s next generation of tech leaders.
