Admin Assistant

Job Location: Kigali, Rwanda (Onsite)

Working Hours: 40 hours/week

Reports To: Training Manager, Rwanda

Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Training Centre
  • Assist Trainees in uploading course materials on the LMS
  • Create content and update the LMS homepage with announcements and newsletters
  • Collect and process trainee assessment and engagement records for dashboard update
  • Record, Edit and Process online and onsite attendance records
  • Manage and set up training equipment for on-site lessons
  • Provide support for software training
  • Collect and issue Trainee daily lunch order
  • Set up and record minutes of Training Centre meetings
  • Front-desk management: receive guests, respond to phone calls and general Training Centre
    correspondence
  • Provide support for Recruitment, HR, Procurement and other departments when needed
  • Perform other extra/relevant tasks assigned by the Training Manager as the situation demands.
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Two (2) years of working experience in a similar position
  • Good experience in MS Office suite
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proactive and ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Effective and efficient time management skills
  • Creative problem solver with apt decision-making skills
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Good knowledge in the use of Office Applications
