Welcoming Deutsche Telekom to Our Ghana Offices

We had the pleasure of hosting Thorsten Mueller and Sascha Dech from Deutsche Telekom at our offices in Ghana!

Their visit began with a meeting with our Head of Training, Salami Suleiman, and our dedicated trainers, Emmanuel Asaber, Thomas Darko, and Francis Asante Nsiah. They also had the opportunity to engage with the talented trainees currently enrolled in our Graduate Trainee Programme. These promising individuals are poised to join our teams upon completing their training, where they will contribute to projects and client initiatives under the guidance of our senior experts.

This interaction was invaluable, offering Deutsche Telekom a thorough insight into our talent pipeline and training strategies.

Our Graduate Trainee Programme is a testament to our commitment to offering ongoing learning opportunities and creating employment pathways for young graduates. By fostering these initiatives, we bridge Europe’s need for skilled ICT (Information Communication Technology) professionals with Africa’s demand for sustainable job opportunities.

A standout moment of Deutsche Telekom’s visit was their engagement with our employees who are working on their projects. Despite much of our collaboration being virtual, this face-to-face interaction with Thorsten Mueller and Sascha Dech allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of our operations and see the dedication and expertise of our teams firsthand.

Deutsche Telekom’s visit highlighted the strength of our partnership and reinforced our dedication to delivering top-tier digital solutions. Together, we are driving digital innovation and making a sustainable social impact by empowering young people in Ghana and Rwanda.
